Bottle shared by Erwin Van Moll @ Brewpub Van Moll. Clear slightly pale golden color, average sized off-white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Aroma and taste both remind me of saison and weizen. I get yeast, a hint of banana, slightly bitter, wheat. Decent body and carbonation.

Bottle. Golden color. Aroma of grassy yeast and passion fruit. Taste of dry grassy yeast, like a saison, with a sharp note of hop and sweet orange. Drinkable and decent, not bad for the style, but a bit boring.

Bottle, 9C. Gold with a large white head that lasts well and laces extravagantly. Aroma of lemon, dough, herbs. Sweet hay, peach, a bit of wheaty/ doughy tanginess, mixed citrus with herbal lemon, mandarin and grapefruit. quite dry and a little peppery at the end with moderate bitterness. Really good.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 12/15 - L84, at Bier-Bier, 20150131) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, floralness and Belgian style yeast. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, yeast, mild tartness, sweetness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was yeasty, hoppy and bitter. Like a weird Belgian ale.

Bottled 330ml. -from Svijet Piva Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, medium to big sized white head, dusty honeyish fruity nose. Sweet malty, herbal hoppy, light yeasty and spicy fruity with notes of alcohol and grass in the finish. Good one.

330ml bottle. Barely clear, yellow-ish, deep golden colour with huge, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Floral, yeasty aroma, slightly spicy and herbal, hints of mustard seed. Taste is slightly spicy yeasty, tangy, minimally floral, fruity hints of pear, bitter hoppy overtones, a touch of mustard seed, mild mustard. Explicit Saison-resemblance - nice.

At the 1st tasting of 2015 in Belgrade-Serbia. Pours pale yellow bright, slightly hazy with a gassy white cap. Nose: a peculiar mix of sour notes, banana, cloves, pepper. Mouth: medium bitterness, honey like overall, sweet tropical fruit. Lovely ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
