Country #154 🇵🇼, black beer, large head, aroma is roast, coffee, metallic, malt. Taste is the same, roasted coffee, bitter, malt, light burnt, long bitter dry aftertaste, surprisingly nice

15/5/2023. Draft at Drop Off Bar & Grill, Malakal Island, Koror, Palau. Pours black with a small beige head. Aroma is lightly roasted, coffee, hops, malt chocolate, caramel, rolled oats, hint of coconut milk, nut, liquorice and a waxy edge. Medium sweetness and mild bitterness. Moderate body, slightly creamy, average carbonation. This is my second favourite Palau beer, especially good when it warmed a little following its cold serve.

Deep brown with a tan head. Aroma of roasted malts, chocolate, slight vanilla, and milky. Body is a bit thin. Roasted malts, bittersweet chocolate, and some sourness in this stout. Surprisingly solid stout.

Dark brown color. Roasted malts with a touch of dark fruit and brownies come from the nose. Medium bodied. Slightly sour start, leading into a roasted character. Lingering roasted malt finish. Not adventerous, but very solid non the less.
