33cl bottle. A clear amber beer with a off-white head. Aroma of resinous hops, grapefruit, wheat malt. Taste of herbal and resinous bitter hops, grapefruit, citrus, rye and wheat malt. Long bitter finish.

Bottle at Italian restaurant. Almost clear light amber. Malty, soft yeast, stone fruit, spruce. Medium sweet and bitter, lighter bodied. Slight Belgian influence.

On tap at Baladin Camden, London on 17th March 2022. Coppery amber with shallow off-white foam and partial lacing. Rich malty aroma. Zesty orange peel, citrus juices and nutty malts in-mouth. Bitterness and sweet malts contrast yet harmonise in the finish. Medium bodied with a zingy mouthfeel.

On tap at Baladin Bologna. Golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, fruity caramel nose. Sweetish malty, caramel, light fruity and herbal taste with moderate bitter finish.

Draught at Baladin Open, Rome. Clear, deep gold to light orange colored. AROMA- apple, pear, white grapes, gooseberries, herbal, spicy. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, lightly bitter, fruity again, honey, herbal, spicy. Medium bodied. Somewhat Belgian style IPA. Tasty.
