Our house IPA and the first beer we brewed. Cabin fever is a super accessible amber ipa with mellow bitterness, brewed with half an eye on traditional english ipa's and not too heavily dry hopped. The definition of easy drinking, its fermented on s-04 yeast to help bring out some fruity esters. Simcoe, citra and cascade layer together for a classic hoppy profile of light citrus and orange.
