Infused with zests from grapefruit, lemon and orange so the natural oils create an exquisitely light citrus bittering that becomes grapefruit forward. Finished on Ella hops to... well, because it was just so good. Perfect with spicy and aromatic foods where a drink needs to hold its own.

Good foam on a pale straw body, small carbonation bubbles. Nice apple aroma with citrus and a hint of vanilla. Good dry apple flavour with plenty of citrus, though hard to say if it's actually the grapefruit and lemon they advertise. Bone dry finish. Still a good cider.
