Bottle. pale amber color. Floral soft caramelly aroma. Floral grassy hopbitter flavor with hints of caramel. Slightly herbal. Nice, but the hop character could be more pronounced.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Berghoeve Mageler Pilz ].Gusher !! Murky matt medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, herbs, grass, fruity, vegetables. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, grain, yeast, grass, vegetables. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150117]

Bottle. Cloudy orange beer, white head. Aroma of butter and citrus. Taste of citrus, grain, buttery caramel and a grassy touch. Quite nice, especially for a lager beer.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Gusher. Unclear yellow with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity and moderate hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. High carbonation. 170115

Bottle, 5%. Murky amber with big white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, grainy, hop and straw. Flavour is malt, fruit, hop, grainy, straw, little earthy, medium sweet, caramel, little grass and medium bitter.

33cl bottle from the Berghoeve shop. Gushes a little. Thin white head. Very hazy blond pour. Nice bitterness. Very nice.

Tap @ Burg Bierfestival 2014, small sample. Almost clear yellow to golden color, medium head. Aroma is fresh hoppy, noble, slight spicy, some keller dustiness and sulphur from bottom fermentation. Soft to medium bitter in taste. I quite liked it.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub Berghoeve Tap Takeover. Hazy a bit fluorescent yellow - orange color, average sized white head. Aroma is a bit faint, or maybe the beer is still a bit too cold. Taste does have a light hoppyness but overall it’s a bit watery. Or maybe not watery, but a bit [Dutch] "flauw".
