Sample at the brewpub. Dark brown pour with a medium beige head that diminishes steadily to a dense film. Small patches of lace. Coffee, malt and chocolate in the nose. Medium body with flavors of espresso, roast malt, dark chocolate and a bit of fruit. The finish is roasty with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

Draft at HOMES. Pours a clear copper with a finger of white foam that lingers. Lovely coffee and chocolate aromas...very cafe mocha like on the nose. Clean and crisp on the palate with sweet cafe mocha notes. Some light caramel and coffee lingers throughout. Very chocolaty.
