In celebration of our Community Beer Project we brewed up a Northwestern DIPA, malty, hoppy, fruity.. all the things you want from a west coast style DIPA only fermented with our house Kveik to add another dimension to the beer.

How: Bottle.
Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Hazy amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Malt, fruit, yeast, pine, alcohol, oranges, resin.
Body: Medium to full body, low to medium carbonation.
Flavour: Fruit, oranges, malt, citrus, alcohol.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy pale amber, rich firm head. Mild aroma of lime and tangerine. Sweet with medium body and oily mouthfeel. Syrup, tangerine and yeasty lemon. Late resinous bitterness.

Appearance - 10 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 4 | Texture - 10 | Overall - 4

Dipa provning 3 olika. Denna rackare ljusgul i färgen och ganska grumlig. Doftar 👃 svagt maltigt. När jag klunkar känns tunn tunn smak av lite tallbarr och mycket svagt av lakrits. Mest smakar den halm. Mycket tunna smaker. Inga fel på ölen men den smakar typ inget.
