Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are wheat malt, yeast, fruits, hops and has a sweet malty finish.

Taster flight @ the source. Cloudy straw yellow colour. Thin white head, but good retention. Aroma's: ture to witbier, wehaty/fruity, spices, retronasal it's sweetish, lemon, spices, wheat. Flavour is light sweet with a hint of lemonny sour. Light bodied. Short finish.

Bottle. Three months after the best before date...Cloudy yellow with lots of yeasty floaties. Aroma and taste of yeast and lemons. Buckwheat. Low carbonation. Watery, light and easy drinking. Dry finish. Refreshing and quite alright.
