Bottle 330ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark.[ As Gooisch Wit ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, banana, fruity, yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, yeast, fruity yeast, fruit, wheat. Taster flight @ the source. Cloudy straw yellow colour. Thin white head, but good retention. Aroma's: ture to witbier, wehaty/fruity, spices, retronasal it's sweetish, lemon, spices, wheat. Flavour is light sweet with a hint of lemonny sour. Light bodied. Short finish.

Bottle. Three months after the best before date...Cloudy yellow with lots of yeasty floaties. Aroma and taste of yeast and lemons. Buckwheat. Low carbonation. Watery, light and easy drinking. Dry finish. Refreshing and quite alright.
