light straw color. Thin head. Excellent cereal malt and grassy hops nose. The cereals really shine. Crisp palate, excellent bitterness, dry, grassy, lots of cereal malts, super balanced and clean. Amazing depth and balance. Absolutely one of the best lagers in japan.

Quite wheaty. Soft. Nice hoppiness. Touch of sweetness.

Tap at Takumiya. Pale golden color, cloudy and bright. Rich malty nose, biscuits, herbal hops. Quite yeasty flavor, sulphur, lemon, and bit heavy. Finish is a problem here, it is pasty, yeasty, and bitter. Really good up until then.
