Ein-Liter-Bügelverschlußflasche: Pale-golden, hazy, big and stable besten-egg-white-like head with a good lace; mineralic-grainy nose, presence of yeast plus a touch of peppery hops in the background; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light bodied and. Soft; fruity-yeasty finish with a slight acidity, grains detectable and an illusion of peppery hops. Quite good, presumably a fresh bottle…

1l-bottle.

Draught at BBF13. OK bready aroma, a little like Roggen without esters. Cloudy yellow colour. Big stable creamy chalk white head. The flavour is similar to the aroma, bready with a sort of rustic Roggen note. Chewy mouthfeel suits the beer well. A good Kellerbier.

Draught @ BBF13. Pours hazy pale straw with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast and hops with a mild malty touch. Bitter, hoppy flavour with a goodbdeal of yeast. Rough finish with a mild skunky note. OK but nothing special.

Seichter Hopfennachhall. 12/9/10/11//11

Bottled. A hazy green-yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of straw and sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, citrus, and cardboard, leading to dry cardboardy finish. The body is thin. Thanks fonefan for sharing.
