October 2020... dark black.. small tan head... soft sweet maple.. rich chocolate sweet malts nose... dark sweet maple.. rich heavy mslts.. heavy sweet roast... big maple.. rich maple bottle at home... September 2022... dark black.. thin tan lacing.... Light maple chocolate roast malts nose... soft rich chocolate.. big maple.. lught bitter edge.. hint of coconut.. quite bitter 4.0

Flaska från SB. Svart med mörkbrun tät krona. Stor och tjock, rostade toner möter stor sötma från choklad, kola, rostad kokos, viol, råg. Rejäl och kaxig på alla sätt, men saknar kanske lite mer djup och komplexitet. Över medel på försök till maffig pastrystouts, men saknar fortfarande en bit.

330ml bottle sophiesbeerstore.co.uk. Pours hazed dark with large deep tan head. Chocolate, dark roast on the nose. Full body. Taste brings deep grainy chocolate, roast and prominent coffee. No toasted coconut and a very mild maple syrup presence. Good rich RIS overall, but lacking the additional elements so a little disappointing.
