This is good. Very pale straw color, with ever lasting head and tiny bubbles of carbonation. Restrained, dry, nose with slight noble hop (??!) character but some crackery malt nose. The palate is super crisp and dry. The intense carbonation with modest b

Nice enough. Maybe the hops are a bit too sharp for me, but lovely wheatiness.
