75 cl bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, BBE 12.06.2012
Very fresh and soapy citrus in the aroma, which is a bit sourish too. Flavour has citrus and spices. Some alcohol comes through too. Bitter and a bit harsh and stale aftertaste.

Bottle. A beer so filled with floaties it would make Abbaye des Rocs jealous. Golden in color and with a white head. Citrus, coriander and something herbal on the nose, with a solid dose of alcohol. The flavor too is a bit alcoholic, with wheat, citrus and coriander. Some bitterness notes. Full-bodied, warming and a bit on the sweet side. Not my favorite witbier. 110819

Bottled 750ml (Tuulensuu, BB 06/2012)
Hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma has white pepper, lemon and coriander. Medium bodied. Imperial witbier? Lemon peels, coriander, candy sugar, wheat, banana in the flavor. Quite sweet. Warming alcohol in the finish. Interesting brew, not so much tripel.
