Stark karbonisierter, dunkel hefiger Beginn. Angenehm karamellig, geringe aber vorhandene Herbe. Vergorene Fruchtnoten kommen im Mittelteil auf, spritzig aber doch vollmundig. Süßlich getreidig zum Ende, trocken werdend. Gut. 6/11/11/11/8/11

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Dry malty aroma. Starts intense malty, notes of dried fruits, some herbs. Yeasty malty finish, modest dry. Okay.

Thanks to HP and Moritz. Dry grainy beginning. Hints of funk, dry fruity with a nice dry farmhouse style yeast finish. No bitterness, hints of funk. Nice.
