Röstiger, weich malziger Beginn. Rund herb, etwas cremig, geringe Bitterkeit. Ansteigend malzig, Noten von Bitterschoklade, würzigm rund. Moderat ansteigende Intensität, cremig malziger Abgang mit trockenem Röstaroma. 9/12/13/12/8/12

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark brown, small head. Malty sweetish aroma. Starts malty, roasty, dry. Some light soapy-grasy notes. Finish dry malty, roasty, woody. Could be a bit more balanced. Okay.
50cl swing top bottle. A black beer with a tan head. Aroma of sweet caramelized dark malt, sugar, melasse. Taste of sweet dark chocolate malt, caramel, sugar, melasse.

Thanks to HP and Moritz. Smooth mild beginning. Caramel there, grain. Not too sweetish, grainy caramel, smooth and mild bitterness with a sweetish and slightly sticky grainy back.

13-09-20 // 500ml swingtop bottle from the brewery. Pours dark brown. Unclear. Coffee choco nose. Too high carbonation. Very dry. Roasted dark malts. Roasted espresso bitterness. Mild sweetness in the back. Not the perfect balance.
