Dark brown with thin beige head. Roast grain taste, with elements of coffee and cola. Aroma hints at the coffee bitterness, taste at some cola sweetness. Smoother and slightly sweeter then some of the dark lagers.

As Lobkowicz Urböhmisches Schwarzbier. Dark brown beer with a strong head. The aroma is malty and roasted, and the flavour is very malty, bitter and roasted with a slight vinous edge. Overall a reasonable roasted and heavily malty beer.

Nice one. Golden color. It’s hoppy and yeasty with well balanced carbonation. It’s preety drinkable.

Bottle. Light caramel/chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown color with moderate head. Sweet chocolate-caramel malt and light grass flavor with a hint of smokiness in the finish. Nice body. Surprisingly good especially for a beer I found in a discount grocery store.

50cl bottle from K-Supemarket Vantaa. Poured dark brown color with a thin white head. Weak aroma caramel aroma, slight roastedness. Thin body. Flavor is caramel malt and slightly sweet. Not bad, but watery and unexciting.

Bottle @ Germany. Pours unclear amber with a small creamy off white head. Chewy caramel and toffee. Some vague butter notes. Sweet. Bready. Very smooth and lots of chewy malts. Quite good despite the sweetness.

0.5 l bottle from beershop.hr, shared with Doggythedog. Now I see it’s retired so great thing I got my hands on it! It poured brown body with medium to bigger head. Nice caramel and chocolate aroma. Slightly roasted malty flavor, well coffee obviously some caramel but with greatly balanced bitterness and generally more sweet, exactly like a dunkel should be. Fuller in body and even cloying. Finish was longer sweet caramelly and sugary. Really a nice dunkel!
