03-09-18 // bottle from Biratenu Jerusalem, enjoyed at Theodro Hotel Hafia. Cloudy yelloworange, small white head. Mild yeasty nose. Mild banana, some spices. Solid.

Bottle, big frothy bubbly head, cloudy orange color, yeasty sour bread aroma with a hint of citrus, fruity peachy yeasty flavor with some almonds, stingy carbonation. Nice and highly drinkable.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks Stas. Cloudy golden-orange. Aroma of fruity esters (banana, citrus), light spicy note, yeast, bread. Sweetish and slightly tart flavor, yeasty, bready, fruity, with a slightly bitterish note in the finish. Medium-bodied.
