03-09-18 // tasting flight at the brewpub location in downtown Haifa. Not what I expect from a regular bitter. Quite Apa style hoppy. A. Itrus bitterness. Really nice.

Draught at the brewery pub, medium stable head, clear copper colour, strong herbal hoppy aroma with a biscuity maltiness, medium strong and empathic hoppy bitterness with a biscuity backbone and just a hint of caramel. Excellent session beer.

Draught at Beer Market Jaffa. Cloudy reddish amber with an off-white head. Aroma of malt, a bit of caramel, a biscuity note, floral and slightly earthy hops, light fruitiness and a bit of yeast. Sweetish flavor of malt, a bit caramelly, with a bit of yeasty fruitiness, floral and earthy hops and a nice bitterish finish. Medium-bodied. Decent and easy-drinking.
