Bottle shared at a tasting at troubles' place. Red-amber. Nice smoked sausages, wood, caramel, a bit of toast, sweetish, dry, bitterish finish, medium-bodied, quite flat. Pretty nice but needs more carbonation.

Bottle, small stable creamy bubbly head, cloudy dark red to brown color, aroma and flavor of smoked meat, some charred wood and a light malty backbone. Not too complex but nice and well made.
