Bottiglia. Territorio olfattivo dominato dal frumento. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile Il manto birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di aspetto nuvoloso. Il colore è giallo spento. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frumento, frutta secca, agrumi, spezie, arancia e banana.

Tap at Mastro, Malto, Sciacca, Sicily, 2nd June 17. Pours with a slight haze, good head. Aroma is yeast, citrus. Taste is a good clean wheat beer, slight banana, spice, yeast and citrus, palate has medium to high carbonation. Very good.

25-02-17 // bottle from Alibi Beer Shop Trapani. Hazy light yellow beer, solid white head. Nice banana fruity nose. Taste is light banana, bubble gum, yeasty. Quite nice.
