All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il liquido è di aspetto velato. La frizzantezza si presenta sotto forma di bollicine fini. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca arrivano sentori di miele e cereali.

23-02-17 // on tap at Alibi Beer Shop, Trapani. Hazy dark orange golden beer, solid white head. Medium sweet, fruity touches, belgian yeast spicyness. Solid Belgian Ale.

Bottle at Masseria Susafa, 5th April 16. Pours hazy with floating bits. Aroma is honey, sweet caramel, yeast. Taste is sweet, honey for sure, caramel, candy. Quite nice
