Red brown color, odd aroma. Cherry, nutmeg, hint of vinegar. Very perfumed, both in aroma and flavor. Rosebuds and cherry in the flavor. Almost oily with a hint of sourness. Almost undrinkable, tastes like cheap cologne. Drain pour!

Bottle 330ml. [ As Kasparus Bokkus ].ABV: 7.5%. Clear dark brown color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, dark malt, brown sugar. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, brown sugar, burnt sugar notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark malts and light spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. 170115

Bottle, 7.5%. Very dark brown with medium beige head. Aroma is malt, caramel, little bread, light roasted malts and yeast. Flavour is malt, caramel, yeast, dark fruits, little chocolate, medium sweet, hop and a little bitter.

Hoezo Retired ? alc 7.5%, 2014, Je hebt van tevoren wel eens van die bieren waarvan je verwacht dat het helemaal niets gaat worden maar die je achteraf toch mee zijn gevallen. Dat is dan ook de Kasparus Bokkus. schenkt mooi donker tot zwart in met schuimige bruine kraag. Verbazingwekkend goed aroma van rozijn, mout, zoetigheid en chocolade. smaken zijn volle donkere fruitigheid, oa rozijn en vijg, kardemon, nootmuskaat, zoethout, caramel en iets hout, matig zoet, licht bitter. romig in de mond, medium body, en wat notigheid in de afdronk.

Bottle @ joes. Black colour with a small beige head. Smells nutmeg, cinnamon, sweet, herbs. Tastes sweet, raisins, slightly chocolate, some herbs but nothing crazy. Medium body, soft carbo.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Joes. Opaque dark brown to black color, small beige to light brown colored head. Smell and taste lightly malts, quite a lot of herbs and spices, lightly peppery. Average to medium body, a bit fizzy carbonation.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein dunkelbraunes Bier mit geringer Schaumkrone. Geruch nach Malz, Karamell, rote Früchte. Geschmack süß röstmalzig, rote Früchte, leicht würzig.

PINT-bokbier 2003: what a disgusting beer this is. Aroma is loads of nutmeg and something we call in holland speculaas, a cookie kind of aroma. Taste is extraordinary spicy, again the nutmeg and the cookie combination, bit wood/oak hint. I still regret i exchanged this one with jerohen for the urthel bock.
