5,7% vol.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 30 Aug 2019) Hazy golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with peaches, orange and soft malt. Malty, fruity taste with notes of peaches, white bread, orange and a mild spicy bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Hardly exciting, but soft and tasty. Quite enjoyable.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, average sized off-white head that diminishes quickly. Smell and taste malts, some herbs or spices, sweetish and some yeast. Not a lot to tell. Average body and carbonation. Meh.

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt, with notes of fruit and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with malty and citric notes. Lingering, estery, slightly acetic and hoppy aftertaste. Okay but perhaps not quite worth the name.

Bottled from Mitra Bunnik, BB 03/10/15, large sample, served in a trappist glass. Slight hazy golden color, short frothy slight off-whtie head, leaving some lacing. Aroma of a bit grainy malt, hay, slight honey, bit flowery, hint of orange, slight spicy yeast. Not really strong aroma. Slight bitter in taste, hint of sweetness. Interesting combination of sorachi aci and tilia flowers (i had to look that up :-)). Nicely balanced.
