Bottle from a local bottle shop. Aroma is malt, spicy yeast, oats, soft fruity notes with some orange, sugar. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium. Not bad, but I think the added sugar put the sweetness over the top.

Hazy deep golden colour, good creamy off-white head, half-way lasting, patchy lacing. Aroma sweet malt, yeast, light citrus, honey, some barnyard notes. Taste medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, yeast, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy notes, some alcohol and peppery on the tongue, nice brew.

Zoete mouten, thee met heel veel suiker, citrus, licht kruidig van smaak. Zoet en redelijk bitter. Redelijk vol mondgevoel en klein beetje bruis. Een wat leerachtige bittere nasmaak. “My first homebrew” ervaring. Veel te zoet en nergens genuanceerd.
