Tap at Malto, Riccione, Italy. Pours golden, only partially transparent, with rather fine white foam. Aroma is delicate, of grapefruit peel and spices, growing funkier when warming up. Body is a little thin, with minimal carbonation. Some astringency. Taste is moderately sour, with a little sapidity. Final has most of the astringency, and citrus feelings.

375mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden, a few bubbles worth of head. Aroma is full of salt, coriander, some oak, and a touch of bugs, along with some oxidation. Flavour is buggy, with plenty of salt and coriander, light acetone, and a touch of oxidation. Carbonation is flat, which doesn't seem optimal. Certainly more complex than the average gose. Probably would've been better a few years ago, but still good.

375ml (thx, Alex!) @ Matt's house. BB 03-2024. Appearance: slightly hazy pale golden with some white head. Aroma: rustic notes, some fruity notes, a bit of sweetness, some oak. Taste: along the same lines, lots of bugs, some nice light oak and fruitiness. Overall: nice one.,

Pale with a slight haze. No head. On the nose, a fair bit of brett, nice fruit, blueberry, meyer lemon and a bit of barrel in the finish. Soft body, with a tangerine, lemon sort of character. Again a bit of brett. Light fruity accent, touch of salt. Good complexity to this, even if it misses the carbonation.

(Draught at Tritonia/Barrels, Burgers & Beers G:a Stan, Stockholm, 22 Sep 2022) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of lemon, coriander, oak wood, bread, brett and sweaty socks. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, peaches, oak wood, brett, coriander and a touch of salt in the finish. Medium body, mainly dry. Funky, woody and tart. Hardly a shy one. But very nice.
