Bottle, looking out of the Sicilian mountains at Susafa, 5th August 2020. Pours a light straw colour, limited head and carbonation. Aroma is salty, lemon, aromatic. Taste is salty, mineral, citrus, lemon sherbert. It’s refreshing and enjoyable

Shared bottle. Hazy orange with small whit ehead. Aroma of oranges, funk, brett. TAste is light sour with oranges and other fruits, leathery, light saltiness. Nice, enjoyable beer.

Smells funky and goaty. Taste is lightly sour, super cheesy, tons of barnyard funk. Saltyness and coriander are very well balanced, and kept at low levels, which works well. Not very sour, just some light acidity. Woody, something sweet. So much funk.

Sample at Sour Spring Break, Helsinki. Colour is cloudy golden with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Fruits, citric elements, some lemon, dryness, some wheat and some sourness. Good tasty gose.
