Aroma of malts, spicy yeast, caramel, raisins, some barnyard/cellar funk. Flavour is malty caramel sweetness, yeasty, slight sourness. Body is a bit too thin. This would be a mediocre Bock if not for the welcome barnyard flavour.

Bottle, 8%. Orange brown color, cloudy. Curacao and orange aroma, just a bit soapy. Sweet, very yeasty and soapy flavor with orange liquor and cologne shimmering through. Seems to me a home brewers’ yeast is used. Lacks quality.

Tap at Winterbierfestival Leiden. Hazy dark amber with big cream colored head. Apple, bubblegum, light herbs and caramel. Mostly just apple. Under medium sweet and medium bitter. Under medium bodied. Why?

Bottle @ home. Very hazy almost opaque brownish color, average to medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste malts, brown candy sugar, caramel, raisins, dark overripe fruits. Sort of sweetish bitter with a slight tart in the background. Hmm ok beer.
