Bottle picked up from Beer Gonzo, Webshop, Earlsdon, Coventry and consumed at Campingplätz Ortherhof, nr Ruhpolding, Southern Bavaria, Saturday 25th January 2020. Another big Impy with a lovely softness in the mouth and nice roastiness (creamy), however this a little hot, in fact it's more than a little hot, it's hot man!!! There is lots of chilli, but it's great, slick, smooth and very drinkable, chocolate and chilli work so well together .

Bottle. It's an oily one, dark brown to black, with just a few bubbles on top. Cinnamon, cocoa, dark chocolate, alcohol notes, roasted malts and a wee touch of coffee in the aroma. It's full-bodied, warming, chili-burning and very soft, with a cocoa-ish dryness. Cinnamon, cocoa, chili, roasted malts, coffee hints, alcohol and some honey-ish sweetness in the flavor. Lasting finish with a pleasant chili-burn and perhaps a bit too much cinnamon. Still, a delicious one. 191231

Bottle at Craig's, massive gusher. Pours black, nose is cinnamon, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, taste is similar, quite spicy, bitter.

WHAT A GUSHER had to change my trousers ... deep black .. thin tan lacing .. soft sweet spiced chocolate roast malt node...very tonka nose .. dark sweet chocolate malts .. massive rost .. big spice .. big tonka ...

Keg at the Star and Garter, Bromley. Black pour with a tan head. Nose of dark chocolate, hot pepper, coffee, raisin. Flavours of red chillies, coffee, dark chocolate. Subtle, smooth chilli hit in the finish. Very good.

Bottle. (thanks Eddan) Black with a small tan head. Aroma of cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla and some roasted malt. The same in the taste although not that much vanilla. Quite a lot of chili in the finish. The body was medium and the alcohol well hidden.
