Bottle @ Bandlys Blålys, Odense 2012. Pours clear dark golden with a off white head. Caramel, toffee and fruit. Medium bodied.

Retro review from Spring 2012 Wetherspoons Beer festival; this beer should be reported to trade descriptions the pump clip suggests hops, but I can’t find them smell them taste them. Other than that a decent English bitter.

Sampled from 50cl bottle thanks to Dutchdrebus. Clear dark golden color, small off-white to beige head. Smell malts, old hay, musty. Taste malts, honey, lightly some hops but also a bit dusty. Low to medium carbo, low body.

Clear golden colour with a small white head. Smells honey, malts, grassy. Tastes malty, honey, sweetish and some green twigs. Slightly thick, low carbo, thin to medium body.

Copenhagen Beer Festival, May 2012. Amber with a small white head. Grainy malty aroma with a grassy touch. Sweetish malty flavour with a fruity note and a decent bitter finish

Cask at Hamilton Hall, JDW, London. Pours a lightly hazy gold with a creamy, off-white cap. Creamy malt nose with hints of toast and caramel. Light to medium sweet flavor with notes of toffee, , light toast, some leafy and dirty bitters. Light bodied with fine, smooth carbonation. Mild sweet toffee finish with lasting light grassy and leafy hops. Nice beer.

Tap @ DØE Øl Festival 2012. Clear amber with small white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel, little hop and a little butter. Flavour is malt, fruit, little caramel, butter, hops, medium sweet, little bitter and a little oxidized.

Hamilton Hall Spoons. Light palate, pretty dry. Astringent hops - dry bitterness dominates. The fruit, when you get to it, is orange with a little mango. Dry bitter finish with minerals.
