From tap at Borefts 2018. Aroma is loads of red wine and grapes, wine barrel, nicely sour and dry with a vinous red wine finish. Tart and sour flavour with a hint of sweetness. Body is medium. Nice, an improvement upon the original.

Tap @ Borefts. Red Burgundy color. Grapes, oak and vanilla in the aroma and flavor. Sour and flat, still a lot of tannines. Lemon. Great!

Tap at Foeders, 17th October 18. Pours like a red wine, and flat. Aroma is tart, balsamic vinegar, vinous fruit. Taste is tart, vinous, funky, impressive, not overly sour, well balanced and a delight to drink.

Draught @ Borefts 2018, small (well, almost full) sample. Murky purple color. No head. Aroma's: sour, vinous (as in red wine), tart, wood/tannines. Flavor is sour, fruity. Light bodied. Long dry, tart and vinous finish. Good stuff.

Draft at Borefts 2018. Aroma of red grape, oak and wheat. Taste has rich red grape, vineus oak and creamy cherry. Really nice.
