Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy light copper, thin off-white head. Aroma: Moderate tart and sweet, fruity ntes of red grapes and dark fruit, wood. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, moderate sweet and light bitterness. Quite a lot of wood, tannins, fruity notes of grapes and some lime, notes of red wine. Pretty subtle wild yeast funk. Bit vinuous. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Medium body, below average carbonation. Another nice one from La Calavera.
