Bottle, many thanks Roei, small stable bubbly head, clear dark orange to light brown colour, aroma of hay and caramel with some herbs and metalic hints, flavour caramel, grains, some hay and nuts with something metalic in the back, pleasant empathic medium bitterness, lively carbonation. Nice nad easy to drink, like a bitter should be.

330ml bottle from Rythmn and Booze. 11 months out of date. 49p. I couldn’t help myself. I should have known, though. Watered down, fizzy banana milk shake.

Flaske 0,5l fra Eurospar Langnes. Drukket hjemme 1 Aug 13. Mørk gyldenbrun med et høyt luftig skum som varer en stund. Litt lacing. Aroma av malt. Smaken er skarp malt. Blir litt syrlig etter hvert. Mangler fylde - men god for styrken.

Bottle from Tesco. Poured a clear medium amber with a thin white head. The aroma is classic hoppy malt. Medium bitter flavour with a malty hop palate and a short bitter finish. Served warm its a perfect English session ale.
