Tap from the brewpub. Poured a cloudy light amber with a big frothy white head. The aroma is grassy hop with a little citrus fruit. The flavour is medium to strong bitter with a sharp alcoholic medicinal yeast palate. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation and a medium bitter finish.

33cl bottle bottled by the brewer for me especially. Thick white head. Hoppy citrus aroma. Cloudy blond pour. Nice zesty bitterness.

Gravity cask @ In De Wildeman. Murky blonde color, completely opaque with yeast. Aroma’s: piney, bitterhops, some fruit. Flavor is, erm, strange, pungent, like strong cheese (but not really), light sweetness, bitter, wood. Light bodied. Finishes very bitter on the back & sides of the tongue. Interesting but weird.
