Dry-hopped every five minutes for 10 hours during fermentation with MI Chinook, MI Copper, MI Cascade, MI Centennial and Mackinac hops. Hefty orange and lemon aromatics. Intricate citrus rind flavors, with herbal fruitiness. Captivating bitterness with smooth alcohol notes. Great Lakes Malting Pils, White Wheat, Unmalted Wheat, Brown Rice.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a murky deep gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates quickly. Some light passionfruit aromas with floral and woody, herbal aromas. Good texture on the palate without much perceived bitterness, but the flavor is quite flat. Finishes a bit watery. Not a bad effort for a new brewery.
