A good starter beer for those that have only drank the mass produced suds. The blonde is a light, crisp beer with a slight malt flavor and just enough Saaz hops to balance the malt sweetness.

on tap as part of the sampler pours yellow with a thin white head. Aroma is peppery hops, hay, thin citrus. Flavor is astringent metal, grassy, not my thing.
