On tap at Freetail Brewpub SA(9Jan11)pours dark brown with a medium light tan head. Aroma is chile skins, smoked malt, roast, and pepper. Flavor is rich toasted and smoke malt body with a nice dose of spice and pepper finishing with the smoke. The smoke and pepper are so nice together, this was a standout of the trip to Freetail for me.
