The Austrian citizen Johann Haberman established the first brewery in the Danube town Ruse in 1876. That was the period when the first breweries on the Balkans were established. Tradition, modern technical equipment and selected products are the formula used for HABERMAN beer production today.

bottle, pours deep gold, thin white head. Light hop aroma. Light hay and malt notes end with a light hop bitterness that is mildly peppery. Moderate to high carbonation, light body. Easy to drink and lacks the typical sweet ending found in most other Bulgarian lagers.
