Last Kiss is a rich and seductive ale brewed in the Scottish Wee Heavy Style. Hints of vanilla and fenugreek compliment a lucious and complex malt profile. Fermented near lager temperature, subtle spice and rich malt notes make this a perfect ale to enjoy with a loved one next to the fireplace. End a cold winter night with one Last Kiss.

Bottle shared during the RBESG 2014 London Grand Tasting - Moncada Brewery. Pours hazy amber with a frothy beige head. Sweet, with some bready malts, brown sugar and toffee. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Sugary finish with notes of maple syrup, toffee and bread. Sweet but good.

Bottle at RBESG 2014 Grand Tasting. It pours hazy deep brown with minimal head. The nose is toasty, dirt, wood, leather, spice, candy, fruit cake, vanilla and mild smoke. The taste is bitter-sweet, dried fruits, candy, raisin, figgy pudding, wood, nutty and cherry cola with a dry, sweetish finish. Fullish body, fine carbonation and sticky mouth-feel. All about the sweet candied dried fruits. OK at best.

1 litre bottle with wax seal @ the Fourth Shrewsbury Bottle Share April 2014, courtesy of Paolo. Pours a very dark brown, lots of dark treacle and molasses in the taste with brief glimpses of vanilla. Sweet, strong and interesting.

The penultimate beer of the fourth Shrewsbury beer swap on 28th April 2014, batch 52 by the way. Pours a deep, dark brown with a tanned head. Coffee, toffee and vanilla fill your nose as you take in the aromas, all a bit too sweet (after a Garlic flavoured beer anyway). The taste is also fairly sweet, caramel and coffee notes mingle with the alcohol and a spicy note or two: it dries a little towards the end, where a slight bitterness finishes off each sip.

Bottle, thanks to _Angst_, split at Colin and the Vikings tasting, Nol, Goteborg, Sweden 22/03/14. Extremely dark mahogany brown with light tan spotting. Nose is dark fruits, light smoke, spice, dark malts, toffee, woody tang. Taste comprises light booze, raisens, dates, dark toffee fudge, light smoke, cocoa powder, fruit cake mix. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok offering, for what I find ordinarily to be a boring style.
