Birra rossa doppio malto ad alta fermentazione, dal color tonaca di monaco. La sua schiuma densa e persistente, una luppolatura quasi assente contribuiscono ad accentuare il sapore intenso di malto tostato, alternato ai sentori di caramello. L’alta gradazione alcolica la colloca tra le birre invernali più gradite.

500ml bottle, best before 06/15. Matschig Rot-Braun im Glas, malzig-süßlicher Geruch. Das Bier beginnt süßlich-malzig. Leicht "rot", würzig. Nicht viel Kohlensäure, sehr mild-süffig. Die milde Hefenote trägt zu dem süffigen Gesamtkomex bei, nicht viel Herbe spürbar. Der Nachfeschmack ist mild-weich, angenehm "rot"-malzig mit einer angenehmen, dezenten Süße. Lecker, süffig, schöner Malzkörper, feine Herbe im Nachgeschmack. Lecker!

Hazy orange/brown color with a creamy white head. Quite mild and soft mouthfeel with aroma and flavour notes of caramel, malt, sweet fruits and some hops.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein leicht trübes orangebraunes Bier mit ordentlicher beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr fruchtig malzig, leicht röstmalzig, würzig. Geschmack röstmalzig, Karamell, fruchtig, reifes Obst.
