Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pale yellow colour with some haze, no head. Aroma is very bretty, dry fruits, mild spices and some dry wood. Flavour is big brett, some spiciness, mild dry not-too-sweet fruitiness with some herbs as well. Nicely dry/tart palate. Aroma is top notch for the style.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, guava, barnyard, leather, tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, guava, barnyard, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20211016]

On tap at Beachwood BBQ, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of tart guava upfront, with gentle funk, and gentle citric. Flavour is moderately funky, with lots of tart guava, barnyard funk, and gentle acidity. Really like the use of guava here—mixes well with the funk. Excellent.
