Medium golden color, slightly grassy nose with considerable amount of Hassaku fruit to give some underlying tartness. Nice medium tartness, nice fruit character. Medium body, light medium bitterness. The body is a bit heavier than expected, but balanced nicely by the tartness of the fruit. Very refreshing. Very enjoyable.
