Bottle. Clear dark gold featuring a very tiny and short-lived white head. Aroma of malts, honey and juniper. Taste of malts, herbs, lemons, juniper, honey and alcohol. Low to moderate bitterness. Low to medium carbonation. Not really that sophisticated but I sort of enjoyed it anyway.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, amber to brown colour, no head. Caramel and slightly dark malty aroma, light herbal overtones, a touch of lemongrass, juniper, a minimally nutty touch as well, whiffs of lovage. Taste is malty and herbal-spicy, notes of caramel malt, a minimally chocolately and nutty touch of dark malt, hints of juniper, a touch of lemongrass, lemon, lime peel, subtle sweetness. Watery, somehow tough texture, chewy palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. Nice composition, good and solid - OK.

Dry herbal beginning. Hints of malt in the back, the dry gin aroma is on top, but not too dominating. Round and mild, fruity with a nice herbal grainy aftertaste with not much bitterness. Nice herbs in the aftertaste.

33cl swing top bottle. A clear dark golden beer. Aroma of gin, herbs, strong malt. Taste of lemon grass, herbs, gin, strong pale malt.

Geruch und Antrunk nach Zitronengras. Süffiger, süßlich herber Beginn. Deutlich kräutrig, was aber gut eingebunden ist. Spritzig, etwas Wacholder, das Zitronengras bleibt prägend. Feine Bitterkeit, langer Abgang. Gut! 10/10/11/11/9/11
