Layer Cake, a rich and decadent stout that has to be tried to be believed. Layering marshmallow, chocolate brownie, vanilla and cocoa nibs, this is a dessert in a can.

Ai dit is niet aan mij besteed. Ongebalanceerde zoete rommel met een vervelend kunstmatige smaak. Vroeger had je van die rommel waarmee je zelf milkshake kon maken en daar smaakt dit naar.

Can at home, from BD online, 07/01/21. Black with a handsome and lasting khaki cap ... a good looking beer. Nose is sweet malts, vanilla, chocolate wafer, sponge, icing sugar. Taste comprises chocolate sponge, marshmallow, vanilla creme, sugar dusting, jammy dodgers, light roasted tones. Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, semi drying close. Decent stout ... a little sweet in places but well enough joined up and tempered with light roasted elements. Does what it sets out to do rather well !

Can from Will, cheers Will! I understand that he picked this up from Tesco Extra, Abingdon. I consumed at home Tuesday 5th January 2021 watching Derry Girls on Netflix, we had homemade Lasagne for tea. Pours black with a light beige head, large head atop of this beer in fact. Body too thin, too much lactose, too artificial tasting. Taste is marshmallow, caramel, chocolate amongst others, it's ok, but it wouldn't be a beer that I would have again, tired of the lactose.

Can from advent calendar. Thick black beer with a good tan head. Aroma is sweet with lots of vanilla, chocolate and berry notes. Flavour is more of the same, resulting in something akin to Neapolitan ice cream. Lovely

I ll start with body which is too thin for pastry stout. Brown color, creamy brown head. Aroma very nice, marshmallow and vanilla. But taste is weak, lean. Weak body, medium carbonation. Some vanilla, weak chocolate. Very nice aroma, but taste isn't accurate. Unbalanced.
