Our Barrels are stored in the Basement of the brewing barnhouse of the HillDevils located in the Wouwse Plantage, Holland. Every barrel has it's own unique characteristic flavours wich melt with the beer. Don't drink it too cold! Room temperature is certainly allowed!

Black with thin head. Aroma is a little boozy but the whisky is there . Flavour has strong cacao dark chocolate and a little liquorice. Warming sweet malty whisky notes in the finish. Smooth and silky.

Bottle. Almost black. Roast, caramel and licorice in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with roast, whisky and caramel. Has lost a little body from the barrel aging. Vanilla. Likeable.
