Amber with off white head - Malt and some spice in the aroma - Malt body with spicy flavours and some yeasty notes as well - Malt flavours and spice goes into the finish - - This was nice

Bottle. A mostly unclear brown beer with a nice off-white to beige head. Rather spiced aroma with some ginger and clove. Allspice. Toffee, dark dried fruit and a light nutty hint. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, gently warming and semi-sweet. Prunes, toffee, nuts and some roasted notes in the flavor, mostly spices though. Lasting malt and spice finish. A bit too spiced, but sure a decent one. 241201

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Clear dark amber/brownish with a medium head. Quite a lot of Christmas spices, some banana, malt.

Mörkt rödbrun med medelstort skum. Doft av lakrits, kryddpeppar och skumbanan. Torr, kryddig smak av kryddpeppar och pepparkaka. Aningen alkohol på slutet.

[10/23/2021] Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2021. Red session. Deep amber-brown. Caramel, malt, banana, dark fruits, sweet, a bit of alcohol.

Flaska från SB. 2020 vintage. Klar mahognyfärgad vätska med högt beige skum. Stor kropp, Doft och smak av mogen banan, fikon och dadlar, julkryddor, särskilt nejlika, karamelliserat socker, mjuk kaka. Komplex och mogen och mycket angenäm.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Clear mahogany colour, mid sized head. Aroma of marzipan, dates and christmas spices. Sweet with full body and firm, well rounded mouthfeel. Brown sugar, figs, cloves and hay. Mildly warming finish. Relaxed, complex and pleasant.
