Pours black with a beige head. Aromas of dark roasted malt, coffee, licorice. Thick and robust.

25.08.2013, 0,5l bottle @ home:
Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet, dark malts, caramel, coffee, chocolate, roasted grain, toffee, grass, puffed rice. Taste is sweet, dark malts, sugar, chocolate, burnt caramel, grass. Medium bitterness, a little "watery" mouthfeel. Fair enough, just boring.

Tap at Lochness Bratislava. Aroma dark fruits, plum, roasted malt, chocolate. Colour almost black. Head stable beige. Taste isinitially sweet and fruity with caramel and light chocolate. Then ABV shows itself with roasted flavours. Finish is roasted bitter with hints of coffee. Very well done commercial piece. Pleasure to drink.

A fruity roasted and sweet flavor with a watery finnish. Color is dark brown with a white head.

Head: beige/coffee, small, frothy, avg. retention. Colour: black (really dark red).

Aroma: roatsed, smoky / peat, caramel, Taste: dominated by caramel sweetness, smoky with a bitter-sweet aftertaste.

Stupid clear bottle. Light skunk, molasses, and horehound aroma. Deep mahogany with a large tan head. Sweet sugary mocha and molasses flavor. Too sweet for my taste. Body on the light side of medium, soft carbonation.

Appearance: Very dark brown, clear. Some dark tan head, short-lived though. Aroma: Dark malt, coffee, roasted. Taste: Nice dark malt, roasted, slight chocolate and coffee. Warming. Very nice. Info: 500ml bottle, 15/2-2013, BB: 28/2-2013
