The beauty of it is it’s tasty balance and harmony of all parts and how great beer you can brew with very few, but only the best ingredients and how crucially important each step in the process is to sculpture such beer.
Our goal was to make very crisp, clean, delicious lager that will show respect for each ingredient and lager brewing tradition and all this in at just 4,6% alc beer.
This beer is cold lagered for 7-10 weeks, is unfiltered and unpasteurised. The reason why it is so clear comes from cold lagering which make sediment settle on the bottom of the tank and what is left is clear tasty beer.
The design of the can stands out form our core range because we again collaborated with the same artist that made design for Nitro Coconout Porter. Art in many forms is something we admire and we are super excited to give you look on our new creation. It reflects the old tradition of brewing great lager beers.
It is available as draught and in half litre can which we believe and feel is the right size for this amazing crisp and tasty lager.

Tap at TCBW2022, Tallinn. Color is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Straw, some grain and malts.

500 ml can. Unclear golden, big fluffy head. Dry zesty grapefruity notes, lemon zest, orange, elderflower and floral hops, hay, grass and rather bready, some metal. Dry bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry bitter finish. A nice, complex, round and drinkable crafty Helles, yet quite traditional.

Clear, pale golden beer with a thick white head. Smell is light and malty with just a little hoppiness. Flavour is spot on. A distinct maltiness with a dash of zestiness, some bitter hop. It's just a really nice Helles. Clean flavour, no nasties in the finish and very drinkable.

Óriási, tartós, hófehér hab, világos borostyán szín. Fűszeres, kissé virágos illat. Visszafogottan fűszeres, virágos ízek lágeres alapon. Könnyű, közepesen szénsavas, közepesen kesernyés. Kellemes, jól iható sör.

Optisch schön goldgelb. Eine zarte Trübung bring das Glas regelrecht zum glänzen. Die weiße feinporige Schaumkrone wird rasch grobporig, behält aber oben seinen cremigen Charakter, zeigt sich gut stabil und gut haltbar. Die Duftaromatik macht einen sehr feinen und raffinierten Eindruck. Spelzig-getreidige Malzaromatik, zarte Honignoten, heuiger Hopfencharakter und ein leichter samtig weicher buttriger Touch. Der Antrunk kommt weich-rezent und mit einer Fruchtigkeit, die schon eher an ein Ale, als an ein Lager erinnert. Am Gaumen leicht getreidig, sehr fruchtig, aber nicht zu süß, sondern fruchtig-floral hopfenarmatisch. Noten von reifem Steinobst (süßlich-fruchtig) und Weintraube (fruchtig-herb). Dazu eine sehr gute Würze und und der weiche, fast sämige oder cremige leicht butterige Charakter schaffen ein unglaublich gutes Mundgefühl und eine gute Süffigkeit. Das alles wirkt nicht nur gut ausgegoren - diese kräftige Aromatik, diese Harmonie und Ausgewogenheit bei nur 4,6% Alkohol ist einfach unglaublich! Im Abgang wirkt die Aromatik sanft, gut und lange nach. Nach einer Weile stellt sich ein guter, grasiger, heuiger Hopfenton ein, der dieses Bier perfekt abschließt. Mein Fazit: kann das bitte mal jemand nachmachen???

Can in the sun, 18th July 2021. Pours clear and light golden. Aroma is straw, fresh grass, hay, floral. Taste is clean and crisp, dough, bitter, floral, fresh grass. Lovely
