The beauty of it is it’s tasty balance and harmony of all parts and how great beer you can brew with very few, but only the best ingredients and how crucially important each step in the process is to sculpture such beer.
Our goal was to make very crisp, clean, delicious lager that will show respect for each ingredient and lager brewing tradition and all this in at just 4,6% alc beer.
This beer is cold lagered for 7-10 weeks, is unfiltered and unpasteurised. The reason why it is so clear comes from cold lagering which make sediment settle on the bottom of the tank and what is left is clear tasty beer.
The design of the can stands out form our core range because we again collaborated with the same artist that made design for Nitro Coconout Porter. Art in many forms is something we admire and we are super excited to give you look on our new creation. It reflects the old tradition of brewing great lager beers.
It is available as draught and in half litre can which we believe and feel is the right size for this amazing crisp and tasty lager.
Cheers, Prost, Nazdravje! 🍻

50cl can from HoTM. It pours clear pale yellow with a thick, fluffy head with good retention. The aroma is fresh, floral, grassy, custard creams, a splash of American cream soda, lemon curd, white bread, hay, straw and a nip of spice. The taste is crispy, firmly dry, pleasant lingering bitterness, grassy, floral, snappy, custard creams, lemon curd, peppery spice, tonic water and doughy white bread. Finish is firmly dry and bitter. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Really nice gear. Crisp and flavorful.

Can, Goblet. Hazy golden body and a huge, thick white head. Lean flowery hoppiness going towards. Soft taste, dry, light eggy maltiness, light flowery touches, no bitterness pretty much, liiight vegetal touches in the finish. Fine but imperfect.

Can from Geers. Clear golden, small, white head. Aroma of apple slice, citrus, yeast, breadcrust or even unbaked bread, wheat, pear, cut grass. Taste has sweetish apple & pear, sour citrus accent, thick bready body with a yeasty, bit spicy feel. Grassy hoppy finish, crisp and quite dry yeasty, subtle yellow fruits underneath. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Certainly an accomplished effort in this style.

0,5 l can. Pours slightly hazy yellow with big, lasting white head. Aroma is flowery, grassy and mild citrus hop notes, grainy and pollen malt base is in background. Taste is mild sweet and mild bitter. Finish is medium long, mild peppery bitterness. Gentle, light, crisp and very drinkable.

Can. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Aroma is citric hops, a bit earthy-grainy, reminds me of Mittelfrüh. Taste is flowery, grassy hops, again mildly earthy grains. Light-bodied, soft carbonation. 4.6% is not typical Export strength, but this is quite tasty.

A can at Goblet Beer Store, Zagreb. Shared with Peurača. Hazy pale golden, small white head. Grainy, sugary, doughy, grassy, hay, herbs. A touch of cooked corn, a touch of green apple. Sweet grainy and bready flavour, soft doughy touch, some bitterness in the finish. Moderate carbonation, soft texture, light body, moderate finish. Very good lager, minor flaws.
